The beta starts on September 12th exclusive on ps4 for anyone who has the game pre ordered, then stage 2 on September 14th to September 16th the open beta starts for PS4 players only.
Im not a fan of console exclusives, but ps4 will have the beta early.
Then on September 19 – 20 (Early Access, PC and Xbox One, and a second time for PlayStation 4 will start, this time will feature cross play, although how it works its unclear right now.
Then September 21 – 23 (Open Beta starts for everyone.
In game you will get to customise your loadout for multiplayer and that includes a weapon, secondary, perks and 2 ordinance called lethal and tactical.
Start with main weapons, we don’t get to see all of these in the reveal, we know there are ARs, SMGs, Shotguns, LMGs, Marksman Rifles and Sniper Rifles.
In the assault rifle category, the one we can see you can pick between the M13, FR5.56, M4A1, AK47 and the ODEN.
For secondary weapon you can choose the .50GS and the M19, there is also a choice of launchers, again we don’t get to see that for now.
Now the cool thing about the game this time around is the amount of customisation options available for the weapons.
In the gunsmith tab customise your weapon with a muzzle, laser attachment, optic, stock, rear grip, magazine, under barrel and barrel. Plus, perks as well for the guns.
In total every main weapon has over 60 possible attachments each and the pistols over 30 and its gonna play a big part in the upcoming game, trying to find what works for you.
Frag Grenade, Semtex, Molotov Cocktail, Claymore, Throwing Knife, C4, Thermite or Proximity mines.
