God of War Ragnarok Shields
All shield locations in God of War Ragnarok – Shields in the game are split into different types, allowing you to play different styles in game including tank, parrying or somewhere in between the two. Kratos can find these shields inside of chests around the world, by defeating powerful enemies, and by purchasing it from the shops.
Below is a list of all shields and how to get them in game.
Shields List
- Guardian Shield – Kratos’s retractable Guardian Shield can be used in blocking or parrying enemy attacks or absorbing attacks, its an all rounder. The shield can be upgraded. Its given to you at the start of the mission The Word of Fate, once its repaired.
- The Dauntless Shield – Kratos’s retractable Dauntless Shield can be used in blocking or parrying enemy attacks and is more agile than the guardian shield. The shield can be upgraded. Its craftable at the blacksmith.
- Stonewall Shield – Kratos’s retractable Dauntless Shield can be used to absorb damage and is more rigid than the guardian shield. The shield can be upgraded. Its craftable at the blacksmith.
